Whole Spices



Thick, sweet bark from Indian cassia or cinnamon is specially selected and packed by JK Masale to retain its freshness. You can either use it whole, or grind it up into cinnamon powder and use it as a part of homemade spice blends.
Use a thick cassia stick to stir your black coffee and be amazed at the aroma your brew takes on. Throw it into stews and soups, or into a biryani or pilaf dish, to elevate the richness and fragrance of the dish to another level.
This cassia pairs very well with caramelized onions, and just these two ingredients combined with rice or grain will give you an easy weeknight main that’s also vegan!
